We believe that a wedding weekend, like any major production, requires a blend of inspiration, talent, and the best resources. At the heart of our success lies our longstanding collaborative relationships with a network of trendsetting florists, caterers, farmers, photographers and other event professionals – both in New York City and the Hamptons. We work with vendors who are as dedicated as we are – people who we enjoy collaborating with and think you will too.
Some people wonder why they need a wedding planner. We are into the concept of doing one thing and doing it very well. Celebrate is not your caterer or florist or venue manager, although after 25+ years in the industry, we know a world about each of these businesses. Our sole job is to take care of YOU – to guide you through an enjoyable, step-by-step planning process and to helm a cohesive, creative design concept with your vendors. We will help you identify what’s important and gently remind you when things need to get done. We will offer an opinion but feel strongly that the choice is ultimately yours. We are here when you need us, and we’re always on your side. And mostly, we can’t wait to hear you tell us that everything about your wedding weekend surpassed your wildest dreams!
Full Service Planning & Design
A fully collaborative experience. Our goal is to create an event that reflects the best of your personal vision. Without limits on our time together, we’ll drive the planning process, making each step fun, stress-free and targeted. We have all the knowledge, finesse and connections to pull off the wedding of a lifetime. Taking our cues from your vision, we will guide you through each step of the design and planning process: introducing you to the best vendors for your event, joining you at vendor meetings, helping conceptualize and design a beautiful weekend with focus on giving your guests the best possible experience.
Sometimes you need some friendly support but prefer to do the legwork on your own. Partial Planning is the perfect solution for couples who want to drive their own planning process but know that they will need our expertise to guide them through the rough spots and ensure a fabulous event. From your input at our initial Brainstorming Meeting, we will create a personalized collection of step-by-step planning tools, all housed in our collaborative online portal. You will be referred to our favorite, trusted wedding professionals. Together, we will create an overall Design concept, based on your style and vision; then we will introduce you to our preferred creative partners and join you at selected design meetings. When you need support, our scheduled monthly check-ins will keep you on track and feeling confident. And to ensure a smooth, successful event, Jill Gordon Celebrate will provide full Event Management from six weeks out to your wedding day.
